As lead server I planned and modify training program to meet customer needs. This required me to collaborate with service teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and to provide sales support. I was also responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals and daily operations of restaurant including opening and closing of restaurant, inventory control, visual merchandising as well as ongoing development of staff.
